Tips on Yoga:
- Be at least 15 minutes early for class
- Wear comfortable clothing
- It is recommended not to do yoga on a full stomach. Try to not eat at least 2 hours prior to your class. Do drink water.
- Be sure to eliminate before your class begins.
- Cell phones and pagers are to be turned off upon entrance at the center.
- It is recommended that you have a towel in Warrior and Power yoga Classes. Towel service is offered at the center.
