All aspects of our yoga facilities have been carefully selected in order to enhance your visit and make our center your first choice in Ottawa.

The earth tones of the reception exude the warmth and calm with which students are greeted by staff and teachers. A variety of yoga clothing is available.

Our teachers are highly qualified, nurturing, and dedicated to sharing the innumerable benefits of their art.

All three yoga halls are fitted with Mediterranean cork flooring for health and environmental reasons. Cork is hypoallergenic, resistant to moisture, gentle on the back and acts as an insulator making it ideal for yoga and meditation. Cork is also a renewable resource. The bark of the Cork Oak trees are carefully harvested leaving the moisture and soil-retaining tree unharmed.

The Ghee room and the heated room are painted in a warm yellow tone, which according to yogic teachings inspires learning and positive thinking. Saraswati, the cool room, is a yogic green, the colour of compassion, the colour of nature and regeneration.

All three halls have hight ceilings giving ample space to the body's energy field (astral body). This leaves one with the feeling of mental freedom and calm, ready to enjoy the full beauty of yoga.

Women and men's change rooms are equipped with bathrooms and showers for your convenience.
Towel service is available at reception.
